We spent the last year inside these businesses — consulting for clubs and studios, sitting behind the desk during shifts, and having a lot of long conversations with owners and the people who work for them. We’re also paying members at a lot of places like them.
Everything we saw went into a product built specifically for clubs, studios, gyms, and wellness businesses.

Meet the founders
Co-founder
Russell is a builder who works across technology, design, and growth. Before Unprompted, he helped scale Everyrealm from 6 to 60+ employees and launched multiple products, including a community app that reached 300,000 users in six weeks.
Russell is a graduate of Amherst College where he played tennis and was part of an NCAA championship-winning team, and subsequently received his Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
Co-founder
Julia is an operator who works across technology, business development, and marketing. Before Unprompted, she co-founded Everyrealm, an a16z-backed blockchain and gaming company, where she led strategy, product, and marketing. Her work has included partnerships and projects with companies including J.P. Morgan, Atari, and Jonathan Simkhai.
Julia is a graduate of Georgetown University.
