Customers of the Unprompted Products
1. Overview
This section describes how Lowcode Garage, LLC (“Unprompted,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and handles data in connection with the Unprompted Products — including Unprompted’s CRM and its “front desk assistant” coordination and operational support agentic tool. It applies to business customers (“Customer”) who access the Unprompted Products under the Unprompted Terms & Conditions and an Order Form.
Unprompted operates as a data processor on behalf of its customers. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
2. Data We Process
In the course of operating the Unprompted Products, we may process:
- Business data and content Customers provide or connect to the Unprompted Products, including data from third-party platforms, APIs, and integrations authorized by Customer
- Usage data related to how Agents are configured and operate
- Communications and inputs submitted to the Unprompted Products in connection with agent workflows
We do not collect personal consumer data directly. Any personal data processed through the Unprompted Products originates from Customer’s own systems and is processed solely on Customer’s behalf.
3. How We Use Data
We use Customer data solely to operate, maintain, and support the Unprompted Products and the Agents running within them. This includes executing agent workflows, maintaining system infrastructure, debugging and resolving technical issues, and improving the performance of the Unprompted Products.
We may also use anonymized and aggregated operational data — data that cannot identify any individual or business — to improve the Unprompted Products over time. Customer queries, inputs, and usage patterns may be used by Unprompted to develop, improve, and maintain the Unprompted Products and their Agents.
4. Infrastructure and Subprocessors
The Unprompted Products are built on third-party infrastructure. Customer data may be processed by the following categories of subprocessors: cloud hosting and database providers, third-party AI model providers, and integration and API service providers.
A current list of subprocessors appears in Annex II of our Data Processing Addendum. We take reasonable steps to ensure subprocessors handle data in a manner consistent with this policy. However, Unprompted is not responsible for the data practices of third-party AI model providers once data is transmitted to those systems.
5. EU Data and GDPR
If Customer’s operations involve personal data originating from individuals in the European Union or European Economic Area, Customer is responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis for processing and transferring that data to Unprompted. Unprompted will process such data solely as a data processor acting on Customer’s instructions.
Customers who require a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) can find ours at unprompted.tech/dpa.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect Customer data from unauthorized access or disclosure, including encrypted storage and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Customer data for as long as a subscription is active and for thirty (30) days following termination, during which Customer may request an export or return of its data. After that period, Customer data is permanently deleted from our systems, except as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, Customer may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Unprompted Products evolve. We will notify active customers of material changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Unprompted Products after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
