Staff automation means the AI reads your calendar, your class schedule and your teacher records, and drafts the internal coordination the yoga studio management side would otherwise do by hand: next month's schedule, the sub request, the certification reminder, the weekly note.

Connect Slack, WhatsApp or email — whatever the teachers already read. The AI meets your team where it is; a new app for teachers to ignore is not part of the setup.

And the same rule as everywhere else on the list: drafts, not actions. The schedule goes out after you've looked at it. The sub ask goes to the teachers you'd have asked.

Draft schedules without buying yoga studio scheduling software
