Check-ins and open courts

Check-ins and open courts

Check-ins are a short text to whoever's on shift that says what's actually happening on the courts right now, and offers to help. For open court blocks, the Assistant suggests players who usually play in that slot and haven't booked yet this week.

The Assistant is in Slack

If your team lives in Slack, staff can message the Assistant there.

Reports by text

Ask for a morning reminder "over text message" and it comes to your phone instead of the app.
