Fill a clinic in a few taps

Invite players to an event in one go, whether that's 5 people or 20. Start from a text, your staff group, the app, or a task's Send button. The Assistant sizes the list to the event, about four players for each open spot.

Ask who plays when

Ask "which intermediate players like to play during the day?" and get names with their usual days. Tell the Assistant "Mark likes Tuesday mornings" and it remembers.

A Messages tab

Player texts get their own tab, with a quick switcher between tabs.
