At the start of each shift, the front desk gets one short text: the sessions that still need players. No names, no homework, no question at the end.

An update group for your staff

Pick a group chat for your team and fill messages go there once. Whoever's on shift can answer it, even if they never signed up for the texts.

Staff groups just work

In a group that's only staff, the Assistant answers without anyone having to name it first.

Send one-to-one or as a group

From a task, text a player one-to-one, or start a group with them and the staff you pick. Reply to add more people.
