Adding a note about a player
The Brain is where the Assistant keeps what your club knows about each player. Anything you tell it gets saved to their profile, so every shift knows it too.

Add a note
On their profile, tap Add note, type it and tap Save note. Or text the Assistant, or send a voice text:
- "Eric is left-handed and likes the right side."
- "Sarah prefers Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and avoids mornings before 10."
- "David wants to work on his volleys."
The Assistant figures out who it's about and saves it. It uses these notes when it suggests players and writes their invites.
See a player's profile
Open the Brain, tap Search the brain and type their name. Preferences shows their level, ratings, what they play, notes and recent activity. Connections shows who they play with. Messages shows every conversation with them.
Search tip: if someone doesn't come up, try their full first name ("Alexandra," not "Alex").
