How to use Tasks

Tasks is your to-do list for filling the club. Each card is something that still needs players: a program, a clinic, an open court or a game someone's looking to fill.

Where tasks come from

  • Your booking system. Programs that still have open spots, pulled live. Once a program is full, it drops off the list.
  • WhatsApp groups. When someone posts "anyone for a game Saturday?" in a club group, it becomes a task with who's in and who might fit.

What's on a card

How many spots are left, who's already registered, and who the Assistant suggests, with a Send button.

Filter and sort

  • Sport: shows up if your club runs more than one sport. Tasks opens on your club's main sports.
  • Time: Today, Next 4 days, Next 7 days, Next 30 days, All dates, or Choose date.
  • Status & priority: Open, Done, Dismissed or All statuses, plus priority.
  • Sort by: Event date, Action due, Priority or Task type. Tasks opens on Today and Open.

Not relevant?

Tap Not a real ask, say why, like "this clinic is cancelled," then tap Dismiss it. Already handled it? Cross it off. The Assistant uses the reason next time.
