Add the Assistant to a group chat with a player

Start a group text with a player, another admin and your club number. The Assistant stays quiet until an admin talks to it.

How it works

When a player is in the chat, the Assistant won't answer them directly. It only replies when an admin addresses it by name. You stay in charge of the conversation, and the Assistant does the legwork when you ask.

Start a group chat

    Open the Inbox and start a new message.

  2. 2

    Tap + Add people and add the player and any other admin you want in the thread. Your club number is always included.

  3. 3

    Add your personal number if you want. It's optional. Leave it off and everything runs through the club number.

  4. 4

    When you want help, start your message with the Assistant's name: "Ari, who could join David on Thursday at 7?" (Your Assistant's name is set for your club.)

What it will and won't do

It will✓ Reply when an admin uses its name✓ Suggest players who'd fit✓ Check what's open✓ Save anything you tell it about a player
It won't× Answer a player on its own× Share other members' details with a player
Tip: player ratings show next to names in the Inbox, so you can check levels before asking for suggestions.
