Your daily briefing
Every morning, the Assistant sends a short rundown of what needs your attention. It lands at the top of your Inbox, and it comes set up when you join.
What's in it
A quick count of today's programs, court reservations and reservations that still need players. Then Today at a glance: what programs are on and when, and which courts are open (with a link to today's schedule). Last, Needs attention today: each program with open spots, with players the Assistant suggests to fill them.
Change what's in it
Text the Assistant what you want, like "add this special clinic to my briefing" or "stop including open courts." Or ask us and we'll set it up for you.
Get it by text instead
The briefing can also come as a text to your phone each morning. Open the briefing from your Inbox, go to Your delivery preferences and choose Text message. Or let us know and we can set it up for you.
Different briefings for different people
Each admin can have their own. A head pro might only want their clinics, while the club manager wants everything.
