Sending invites to players

From any task, you can text the players the Assistant suggests. Each one gets their own message, written for them, from your club number.

Open a task and look over the suggested players.

Tap Why [name] next to anyone to see why they were suggested, like "plays with this group most Thursdays."

Untick anyone you don't want to invite.

Tap ⋯ then Edit the text to change a message before it goes out.

Under Send as, choose 1:1 DM (a separate text to each player) or Group (one thread with the players and your staff). For a group, pick who's in it under Who's in the group?

Tap Send, or Not now to come back to it later. Nothing goes out until you tap Send.

Campaigns go out 20 at a time. After the first 20 send, tap Send again for the next 20.

Replies come back to your Inbox, so whoever's on shift can see them.
